This is what I like to refer to as the ‘Huffy Puffy Stuff’! these cardio exercises are intended to get your heart rate up, muscles burning and really raise the intensity.

Use your heart rate as a reference, increase the intensity of the exercise until you are working at your max. The point of cardio training is to improve your fitness levels, we are asking the heart and lungs to adapt to cope with new challenges. The benefit of increased fitness really does overflow into your everyday life – everything gets easier!!
