Karyn Sepulveda – Author of Choosing Xaverique (and a busy mum to boot!)

 Karyn is a talented writer with a background in children’s theatre and primary school teaching.

Writing her young adult fiction novels keep Karyn busy, along with her 4 year old     daughter, husband and household to run. Karyn strives under pressure and maintains and promotes a healthy positive attitude.

Karyn has recently also had her second child and will share with you her experiences and struggles and how she stays healthy.  I have asked  Karyn to be a contributor for my blog to represent the busy mums.

As much as I can empathise, I don’t know what it is like to be pregnant, raise a child and struggle to find ‘me’ time; so I have brought Karyn on to be it’s voice.  I am very excited to have Karyn write for the blog because I have heard her stories and look forward to having  you hearing them too!
