Briefcase squat

1. Feet hip width apart, hold one heavy weighted object by side, maintain good posture
2. Perform a squat, paying attention to keeping your upper body stable and even. The weight is going to throw you offer and pull you down, you must control it and keep things straight and stable.
3. Perform 10 reps one side then repeat using opposite arm.

Tip – this is a great exercise for your core, try using a mirror so you can watch your shoulders, arms and legs to make sure you are not swaying or leaning to the weighted side.

Target = leg muscles, glute and core
