Squat clean and press

1. Standing with feet hip width apart, bend down into squat position, allow arms holding weighted object to straighten.

2. As you come up out of the squat, bend arms up to chest then complete movement by pressing above the head.

Tip – keep arms in line with shoulders as you press above your head, keep head straight and gaze forward.

Target = full body! Leg muscles, glute, core, arms, shoulders
