Upright row

1. Stand with good posture, feet hip width apart. Hold weighted object in front of you arms down and straight.
2. Leading with your elbows first, pull up your weighted object. Keep weighted object close to your body as you do this.
3. Slowly return to start position.

Tip – keep elbows up nice and high, you are aiming to pull up towards your chin, work with your where your flexibility allows.

Target = back, biceps and shoulders
