I am certainly not a chef. Before researching for this book I had about 3 good dishes up my sleeve. I had no idea about measuring ingredients, didn’t know which spices could enhance flavour and I made an absolute mess of myself in the kitchen. Well, I still make a mess and seek constant feedback on flavouring, but I have managed to produce some, delicious healthy recipes for you. These recipes are simple and tasty. Most can be frozen, make great left-overs and don’t require expensive ingredients.
This downloadable cookbook was created because I wanted to help my clients who often ask me for advice on the best ways to clean up their eating. I am an advocate for ‘Clean Eating’ – eating foods as close to their natural form as possible and eliminating highly processed foods from our diet. However, I also believe that it is possible to enjoy all types of food in moderation, so you will find some recipes include small portions of rice, pasta, potato/pumpkin and sauces.
